Comentario del broker
This is a lovely example of the popular Collingwood Eurocruiser with the added benefit of a second bedroom/office and fitted out by Collingwood. The owners have had her since new and she has been well looked after and comes with a residential mooring if needed, on the Leeds Liverpool canal. She comes with a new BSC certificate and the only thing that the owners are planning to take from the boat are their personal possessions. Everything else - including pots, pans and crockery etc - can stay if the new owners want them as the present owners are moving abroad. The boat also has internal magnetic perspex window covers that help keep in the heat in winter but are easy to remove.
As you come down the companionway you arrive in the well appointed kitchen with plenty of storage space, separate fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, built in oven and grill, 4 burner hob and stainless sink with drainer. The worktops and large breakfast bar are Granite and there are two bar stools.
The large saloon area has plenty of built in storage around the multi fuel stove and there is a 2 seater settee and an armchair, large television connected to a satellite dish on the boat's roof. The stereo has the speakers built into the headlining.
As you move down the corridor you have the duck hatch on your left and the door into the second bedroom on your right. With a small fitted double bed and also a built-in work desk this is a very usable space. It also has a built-in wardrobe and a single radiator. Next is the large shower room with a very large shower, electric pump out toilet, a porcelain wash basin built into the large vanity units and extra full length cupboard storage behind the door.
Finally you arrive in the master bedroom with a large double bed and plenty of double and single wardrobes, built-in cupboards and drawers, wall lights, a television and access out into the cratch area.
There are plenty of electric sockets and radiators throughout the boat. The owners have a property abroad and they spend up to half the year abroad so the boat has really only been lightly used, hence the very low engine hours.
