A rare opportunity to purchase a fantastic boat on an amazingly beautiful residential mooring. It is hard to believe that you are just half an hour from central London, it feels like you are in the middle of the countryside when onboard.
This Viking widebeam has been well maintained since it was commissioned, and last out of the water in 2017 when it was re-epoxied and had the anodes replaced.
The interior is light and tastefully decorated. There is a good-sized galley opening out to the saloon, a well-designed bathroom maximizing the space, and a full-sized double bed in the forward cabin. In addition, the double-sized sofa bed in the saloon enables guests to stay over when required.
The mooring is fully transferable, subject to the normal vetting processes. Residents also benefit from a car parking space and secure grounds, in addition to a garden area adjacent to the boat.
Mooring fees are circa £725/month.
BSS valid until March 2021.
