This 2011 Widebeam was built by Lambon Boats of Droitwich, wiring and engine fitting was done by the marina where she is moored and the rest of the fit out was done by the owners who have had her from new. They have lived on the boat from new but have now moved back ashore.
She has a BSC until September 2020, was blacked 18months ago and has just brand new carpets fitted throughout. She has a bowthruster tube and wiring but the owners have never found the need to fit a thruster as yet. A mooring is available subject to meeting the marina owner and there is no transfer charge.
As you walk in through the forward doors you arrive in the large saloon area with new fresh carpets, radiator, multi fuel stove and tv fittings. The area measures 330 x 250mm so plenty of room for a corner sofa of sofa bed and chairs.
The adjoining galley has a full size cooker, 240v fridge, stainless steel sink and drainer and plenty of storage space.
As you head down the corridor you come to the second bedroom measuring 250 x 270mm and is large enough to take a 4ft double, single or even bunk beds if necessary and has a single radiator.
Next is the family bathroom with a large double shower cubicle, electric flush toilet, large vanity unit with decorative basin and taps plus a single radiator.
Finally you come into the master double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe and draw space to two sides, radiator and the holding tank is under the bed. The bedroom then leads out into the stern of the boat.
