Comentario del broker
This is a beautiful 2015 Collingwood Baby Euro Cruiser fitted out by Orchard Marine. The mooring is available as residential or non residential subject to separate negotiation with the marina.
As you enter the aft deck area you immediately see the smart Tek Dek on the floor and matching cockpit table which is also in the cratch area. There are "red" low level safety lights, a full Canaline Instrumentation pack, switches for nav lights, tunnel horn etc and bow thruster controls. The gas locker is situated in the cockpit and there is a lovely wraparound seating area with cushions. The whole cockpit is covered by a striking custom canopy with a centre adjuster bar to allow partial drop of the canopy for low bridges (avoids having to remove the whole canopy), new in 2019. There is also a 12v socket and a double 240 external socket. Finally, there is also a separate diesel blow heater located in the starboard seat locker offering a little extra warmth when needed.
As you enter the companionway doors on the starboard side you have the 12 volt and 240 volt distribution boards. The Webasto and the immersion unit have a 7 day timer. Also in a cupboard on the starboard side is a 2500 Sterling Pro Combi inverter charger which was replaced in 2019. The well appointed kitchen has oak doors and a full granite worktop on both sides along with the L shaped breakfast bar with stools. A Twyford's Belfast sink, 12v refrigerator, 240v freezer, Belling split level oven with built in grill, built in Caple microwave, AEG washer dryer (2021), extractor fan and oak wood flooring.
The saloon area has: a large settee, oakwood flooring with carpet over which was replaced with high quality thermal underlay in 2020, a freestanding oak sideboard, heat diffuser fan to allow heat forward to the bathrooms, a diesel bubble stove and a LEG OLED 55in TV with soundbar and base box.
As you move down the corridor you come to the large bathroom with full size shower, pump out toilet with gauge, heated towel rail and vanity unit with large basin and mixer tap.
Next is the large main double bedroom with fixed double bed, 2 x bedside cabinets, full width wardrobe, long vanity unit with cupboards and drawers, a large cupboard either side of the cratch doors leading out into the forward deck with storage, water tank and bow thruster access which also has 2 x batteries and built in battery charger.
