Boatshed London are pleased to offer this fantastic 60ft Wide Beam Houseboat for sale. Built in 2006 by Keith Wood Narrowboats and with loads of living space, this boat would make an ideal liveaboard for an individual or couple.
Wide beam boats are in huge demand in London at the moment because of their bright, open plan layouts and this one is no different. The main living room and galley is a great space to live and the mixed fuel stove and central heating means this boat is always warm even on the coldest nights.
The galley is highly specced with a gas hob and oven, dishwasher and granite worktops. There is also a separate utility area with washing machine/dryer.
The master cabin is well appointed with large double bed and plenty of storage. The windows allow the maximum amount of light in and make it a wonderful place to wake up in each morning.
There is a second cabin which could be used as either a second double for guests, a children's room or study. The current owners are using it as additional storage at the moment.
The boat is moored at Chiswick Quay Marina in West London. The mooring is not transferable with the boat, but a prospective owner would be able to apply to the Marina for a new mooring licence before completing the purchase.
Currently, the mooring fees are approx. £650 per month and the marina has pump out facilities, water and shore power. Chiswick Quay is located about 10 minutes walk from Chiswick mainline station which has direct services to London Waterloo.
