Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 57ft x 10ft Wide Beam for sale with West London mooring at Malthouse Wharf.
The boat is only three years old and the current owner has had it from new. The mooring in Brentford is transferable with the boat and current mooring fees are £6,000 per year.
The boat itself has the desirable two cabin layout although the current owners use this as an extra storage area but it could be easily converted into a study or second double cabin. The fit out by Cain Narrowboats is of a really high standard and the boat still only has 35 hours on the engine.
The moorings have a communal BBQ/dining area and great community spirit. There is a laundry and elsan facilities for residents. The moorings owner will have final approval on new owners but it should be a formality.
Much more realistically priced than other Brentford based wide beams, this is an opportunity not to be missed so viewing is highly recommended.
