Comentario del broker
This beautiful "Euro Cruiser" style square sternboat is superbly fitted out and has bundles of space and storage throughout. The large cockpit with pram cover, perfect for entertaining, has "U" shaped padded bench style seating with under seat storage and a cockpit table on desmo legs that drops down to make a double berth. There is 4 x 240v protected sockets, hydraulic wheel steering with emergency tiller if needed, bow thruster controls, rudder indicator and two gas storage lockers on the outside of the cockpit enclosure.
Come down through the companionway into the large galley with a U shaped design and high gloss custom built cabinets throughout with soft close doors and drawers. There is granite worktops and splash-backs, a Millar inset gas hob with 4 burners, a Belling eye level double gas oven and grill, Samsung microwave, full sized Samsung fridge freezer, stainless steel sink with chrome monobloc tap, good sized breakfast bar, 4 x 240v sockets, and rear storage steps with LED lighting. The boat also has Karndean flooring throughout.
The huge saloon area has fitted storage and built-in log store for the modern Thermatech TT solid fuel stove, double glazed windows, 2 x modern central heating radiators, wall mounted 46" flat screen TV, Bose surround system, a large butterfly skylight and two large leather sofas providing extra sleeping if needed.
As you come down the corridor, you come to the good size shower room with a large Quadrant shower with sliding doors, built-in vanity unit with a porcelain basin on a granite top with storage underneath, electric flush pump-out toilet with macerator and a chrome heated towel rail.
Next down the corridor are two two full length storage cupboards, one of which houses the Beko washing machine.
Finally you come to the huge master bedroom with a fitted double bed with plenty of storage underneath, 3 x full length fitted, mirrored wardrobes, 2 x bedside tables, large fitted corner unit with a double cupboard and 6 drawers, central heating radiator, flat screen TV, 8 x 1240v sockets and access to the front deck through steel half glazed double doors.
The idyllic residential mooring is available with the boat if needed by separate negotiation with the marina.
