Comentario del broker
We are very pleased to offer this custom Louis & Joshua widebeam for sale.
As with all boats of this stable, she is built and equipped to a very high standard - beautiful lines, warm, solid interior woodwork and a fabulous layout. The large cruiser stern allows for al-fresco dining and entertaining!
This particular boat has an aft kitchen, with loads of workspace - complete with fridge/freezer, cooker (recently replaced) and a washing machine.
Through the nice wide passageway, to the first bedroom, currently fitted with full-sized bunks but could be changed. Leading next to the very spacious shower room, with a large corner shower.
The main bedroom follows, with a double bed, with fitted wardrobes and allowing full walk around either side.
Finally, in the bow, is the light and airy saloon, with solid wood units and a corner suite. The perfect place to relax and watch the world go by!
Having just been out of the water for blacking, a fresh survey and new BSC, this is a fit-out that is truly a "sail away" package and I can highly recommend an early viewing to appreciate just what is on offer.
The mooring may also be available.
