Boatshed Yorkshire is delighted to offer for sale this exclusive 2- Bedroomed wide beam, built by highly respected builders, Louis & Joshua. She has been meticulously maintained throughout.
She has just been lifted, blacked, new anodes fitted, paint cleaned and repolished and a survey carried out. She is looking in very fine fettle!
Comprising a large living area and galley to the front of the boat, double-sized shower and toilet. Midships and stern are two good sized double bedrooms, with fitted wardrobes and ample storage space in each. The galley and shower room both have solid oak floors.
Powered by a pristine Vetus VH465 diesel, with very low hours and complete with a bow thruster for added convenience. The engine has just been serviced too!
The current mooring, in a picturesque location close to the Yorkshire Dales, may be available by separate negotiation.
The Owners would be willing to assist with transport of the boat to her new mooring, should you wish.
