An opportunity to acquire a wide beam boat on this mooring very rarely comes along and there a such a limited number of transferable wide beam spots along the Regent's Canal that this is one not to be missed.
The 50' Wide Beam was built by Colecraft in 2007 and its 12' beam maximises the space available. It feels incredibly beamy inside. The main living area and galley is a great size with stove, study area and speakers built into the ceiling. The heads has a bath/shower and a Biolet composting toilet which is very low maintenance. The cabin has a large double bed with lots of storage. The engine room provides more storage opportunities and a utility area.
The residential mooring at Cumberland Basin is fully transferable and current mooring fees are £7,162 and paid up until May 2021. Situated in between Regent's Park and Primrose Hill, the mooring is in a prime part of London with Camden less than ten minutes walk away. Chalk Farm (0.7 miles), Camden Town (0.6 miles) and Mornington Crescent (0.7 miles) are all a short walk away meaning you have excellent transport links.
