Comentario del broker
A 1977 example of this very spacious cruiser.
This boat will benefit from the love and energy a new owner can provide. Lots of original features, she is showing her age a little in places. She has a good looking suite of electronics, a powerful Mercedes engine that had a replacement gearbox in 2003.
She further benefits from new standing rigging in 2009 along with new chain plates, rudder and bearings replaced in 2007 and the hull was epoxied in 2004.
Notes from the recent survey report relating to the very realistic price: "I both walk-tested and percussion-tested the superstructure with a plastic-faced hammer and found some signs of delamination of the construction on the starboardside aft quarter of the deck close to the aft cabin coachroof. The deck is soft and flexible to walk upon in this area, which measures approximately 1m long by 0.5m wide and is located close to the redundant mizzen mast shroud chainplates. It is likely that the balsa core material has become rotten and compressed. The area of delamination should be opened up, the balsa core material should be ground away and replaced and the area should be made good with resin, matting, glass-fibre cloth, gelcoat resin, primer and non-slip deck paint. The main coachroof is deformed around the mast step due to mast compression.
The timber plinth onto which the mast compression post sits is too small and has allowed the mast to push downwards, deforming the coachroof. The timber plinth onto which the mast compression post sits in the bilge of the hull should be replaced with a correctly sized plinth that would better supports the mast. Doing so would push the coachroof back into shape." Full survey available to view on request.
