Boatshed Torquay is delighted to be able to offer this Westerly Centaur for sale. The Westerly Centaur remains to this day one of the most popular bilge keel yachts. Over 2,500 were built from 1969 to 1984 and they are renowned for being strongly built, with excellent headroom and accommodation for their size, as well as a great reputation for being good sailing boats. This Centaur is a lovely example which has been well maintained and features the B layout with the galley forward on the starboard side.
She has also had an additional reefing winch fitted inside the cockpit, thus enabling her to be sailed single handed.
