The coachroof deck has been noted as being 'spongy'. Although not technically structural, it is the case that most sensible opinions would be that it does need addressing. The seller accepts that this adversely affects the boats value.

Comentario del broker
This Waterwitch 30 is a triple-keel, masthead ketch, constructed of GRP composite hull with metal frames, plywood and GRP sheathed decks and superstructure.
The inside of the boat is surprisingly open and light. The saloon provides a wide open area with sensible headroom. The saloon table is huge and the seating to port and starboard doubles to form two well positioned sea berths.
The galley has a clean and functional two burner hob/grill cooker and stainless steal sink with infill. There is a neat and well appointed navigation station to port, opposite the galley.
Forward, there is a typical V-berth, with plenty of room for two adults, there is also a functional heads to port. The engine presents in a clean and functional state.
