Comentario del broker
Here is a bespoke liveaboard or leisure boat with the practicalities needed for extended cruising or a comfortable home for day to day living.
Sailed across the north sea from Holland, the boat is equally comfortable with coastal or river cruising and the engine is so quiet when running that it is hardly noticed.
Soft furnishings, carpets and curtains have all been recently replaced and the boat is in immaculate condition throughout.
The saloon is comfortable and cosy with surround sound systems which can be used in each cabin.
This boat could comfortably sleep 6 people, including 2 luxury double cabins, 1 ensuite and 1 with adjacent heads.
Heating is provided by an air heater/air conditioning unit and there is an Eberspacher system for hot water and radiators.
This vessel is at present on a non-residential mooring in East London, close to London City Airport
