The Beta marine engine and Beta 7Kva generator are Kubota based units & are skin cooled.
12v & 220v on board from four 95A/h domestic batteries and inverter
Two start batteries 95A/h one for the main engine one for the generator. Batteries are charged by 2 alternators on the main engine. Charger whilst on shore power & generator. The generator has it's own alternator for its battery.

A Euro Classic known variously as the 149 or Peniche, this boat has the rounded stern and formed bow to resemble the classic Freycinet péniche barges. She left the yard in 2006. Made from 10:6:5:5 plate to Cat.D standard and with an interesting custom interior built to our clients specification Fresh water tank is stainless steel

Live aboard barge for sale by Boatshed Bourgogne. We are pleased to offer this Euro Classic 149 or Peniche for sale. The Euro Classic needs no introduction but the Péniche (or 149) version is harder to find. Although many Euros were built to a standard hire configuration this vessel was built for our clients to their requirements so the starboard forward cabin is set up as an office but has a sofa bed too for relaxing or unexpected guests. The forward cabin is really roomy with oceans of space between the twin beds and a purpose fitted laundry room right forward. I was impressed by the feeling of space and homely comfort whether in the owners aft cabin or the huge and practical galley saloon. Pass a few glasses out onto that aft deck to enjoy convivial entertaining and cruising in a home from home.
