What a gem! These Sheerline built boats don't come on the market very often and in such a good condition.
This boat is one owner only, and has been built to there specification for on board living.
As you enter the rear double cabin door, you are greeted by the polished Cherry wood that has been used throughout the boat giving it a warm & quality feel . The main berth, which has a free standing bed and room for other units if required.
Along the port side is a full length galley with a full size sink and mixer tap with good worktop surface. Below this is a built in oven and hob unit/grill at the side plus the seperate fridge and freezer. Opposite is the large heads with the electric toilet and spacious shower. Moving forward is the amidships cabin / dressing room which could take a double bed / berth. The forward cabin is also very spacious with a good all round viewing and a opening door to the forward well / deck for them sunny days and evenings for relaxing.
The quality windows & doors are from Seaglaze marine which are dark tinted , the outside appearance against the white hull and superstructure which really sets this off and gives that feel of attention to detail. Another bonus is apart from the one level throughout for access , is the double sliding roof that can be fully opened either side to benefit from those sunny days.
A big 115 litres. for a refrigerator plus the bonus of a separate freezer. New Webasto heating was installed 2010. The owners are quite flexible with the berth / cabin arrangements and will help & advise if required.
Stowage is well thought out and 240 sockets are everywhere.
A mooring in Central Broadland may be available subject to prior arrangements.
The boat has been Antifouled ,compound and polished in 2010 and will be valeted & cleaned prior to selling.
