Main Cabin – saloon and galley. Oak and oak veneer. Teak/holly and oak deck. Two settee seats port and starboard (no covers yet). Starboard converts into a double bunk with lifting panel. Bespoke aluminium drinks table on Mast. Danish ‘Cabin’ brass LED lighting (adjustable light on the forward bulkhead), fully touch-dimmable ‘Cabin’ light in galley (can be either red or white). Stowage lockers below starboard bunk. Partitioned storage behind backrest in oak. Victron inverter. Navigation panel/backrest. Oak-finished headlining. Recessed lifejacket locker in companionway.
To port: drinks shelf/recessed (hidden) ROKK/Scanstrut wireless phone charger. Diving cylinder locker (hidden). Bookshelf and plate stowage, gas isolation switch. Underneath and behind backrest - stowage space.

Winches/clutches – Lewmar 25 Genoa winches, Lewmar 15 secondary winches and halyards/reefing lines led to Lewmar 10 coach roof winches through spinlock tidies and clutches port and starboard. Cars led through spinlock jammers.

Comentario del broker
This a great looking sailing yacht as you would expect from a Sparkman & Stephens design.
A considerable amount has been spent on a refit in 2019/2020 leaving very little to do on the interior however, the exterior will need some TLC from a new owner as the hull needs some re painting work.
This example of the SHE 27 has had lots of extras added in recent years including nav instruments and sails so please contact us if you would like to arrange a viewing.
