An opportunity to take on an unfinished build which is certainly not to be confused with a project!
This vessel has been been professionally built by the current owners who have the knowledge and experience for the task and to date the boat is very nearly ready to be launched which would enable the new owner to move her to their chosen location for the continuation of the remaining fit out.
The engine is a "New Hammond 9HD 450" and is 85hp plus. Obviously no hours on the clock as yet. With a PRM 500 Gearbox. The engine also has a Heavy Flywheel.
The wheelhouse is built of steel and the hull consists of 6m to 4m upper structure, keel base of 20m.
The galley consists of a new sink and the cooker is new and unused.
There are no heads as yet but the vendor will to install the floor before fitting the heads. Plumbing is fitted but not connected to the pump.
This boat has been built to a high standard and will not disappoint a new owner. All the heavy work is done, in my view, and the rest is a blank canvass!
Ideal as a live-aboard and is a lot of boat for the price!
