This is a unique opportunity to own a 65ft houseboat with a Freehold Residential Mooring including a 3/4 acre plot of land with parking in an idyllic location on the River Deben.
The houseboat is an ex-Scottish fishing vessel. It has been converted on the top deck to provide living accommodation and will require refurbishment. Alternatively, you could bring your vessel here as the mooring can take a 100ft boat with additional boat space on either side.

The mooring's unique end-of-row position provides views across the river Deben towards National Trust countryside and famous Sutton Hoo treasure site. The boat produces its own electricity via a wind turbine and a generator with a large bank of solar panels and storage batteries on the land. Water is sourced from a filtered spring water well.
Woodbridge is a thriving and vibrant market town with great shopping, educational, and recreational facilities, It has a direct line service to London’s Liverpool Street station.
