Boatshed Grand Union are delighted to offer this Rival 32 yacht with London mooring. These classics are perfectly set up for long distance cruising but this boat with its highly desirable mooring at Limehouse Basin also makes it an ideal pied-a-terre for someone who needs a base in London.
Rival's are eternally popular and this particular example is well kept inside although there are minor works required to tidy up the exterior.
The mooring is transferable to the new owner. There is a 5% transfer fee that is payable to the marina operator on top of the sale price. The marina has a facilities block, including showers and laundry. Current mooring fees are £6,800 p.a.
The boat is priced to sell and will attract interest at this value because of the mooring so viewing is highly recommended.
