This Replica Dutch style steel Barge is 48ft long with a beam of 12ft giving you a huge amount of living space. The hull was built by floating homes in 2002 with the fit out subsequently completed by the owner. We have a 2008 survey on this vessel which makes for very good reading and is available to interested parties.

The fit out is of a traditional style incorporating painted tongue and groove timbers with hard and soft wood trims, which appears to be to a very good standard. The layout is simple with a good sized open plan forward saloon and galley. The heads is a very good size with double shower and pump out toilet which also has a holding tank. Going aft you step up into a well designed and very light wheelhouse. Down the steps aft you come to the double bedroom complete with island bed and ample storage.
