Special Offers: Available in three options: Leisure, Professional and Tactical.

Lifestyle & Use

The cabin versions of the Rafnar Leisure are ideally suited for passenger transportation, recreation, and adventure on the water like longer distance exploration voyages in often changeable and difficult conditions. With unlimited features and many different layouts to choose from, Rafnar Leisure is the ideal boat for the leisure and recreation market. These vessels were designed for the world’s most demanding conditions, they are at the same time perfect for leisure cruising in more hospitable waters.

Unique Features

The biggest innovation to date, the revolutionary ÖK Hull, which is unique to Rafnar vessels, drastically reduces slamming and bouncing. Its essential shock-mitigating qualities, provides the perfect platform for all of the additional comfort and luxury features required for a multi-purpose yacht tender, day cruiser, or stand-alone explorer. Tested by independent research to be capable of up to 95% fewer slamming impacts than competing deep-V hulls, ensuring an otherwise unattainable seakeeping standard for vessels in the most extreme marine environments.

Design & Build

All Rafnar Leisure boats are designed by the Rafnar team of naval architects and are built by Rafnar in Southampton, UK, using only the highest quality vacuum-infused glass fibre. All the versions of the Leisure range are also fitted with shock-absorbing seats, to further improve cruising comfort, reduce fatigue, and ensure driving stability and safety in all weather conditions. Every aspect of the Rafnar Leisure range has been fine-tuned for safety, stability, and durability.

Prices & Process

The price for the Rafnar 850 Leisure Base boat, excluding engines starts at £ 331,000.00. A full suite of optional extras and custom features are available to be discussed with the boat yard.

Broker's Comments

In the event that you are in the market for either a leisure or commercial RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) that will be used in challenging and unforgiving sea states, the Rafnar RIB and its ÖK hull design is in a league of its own. The patented ÖK hull technology has the ability to reduce hazardous slamming, when compared against conventional deep V hull designs, by an approximately astounding 80 percent and reduced overall slamming in excess of 90 percent. She also has reassuring directional and stability control and can “turn on a dime” The direct advantage of these wonderful characteristics, are reduced injuries, crew or guest fatigue, equipment damage and structural damage to the vessel.
The RIBs are offered in numerous sizes, drive systems & power plant options. Including inboard & outboard motors, deck & cabin or console configurations that can accommodate most operational requirements.
If you need to get a job done at sea, in conditions that has the rest of the fleet running for home, I have no hesitation in suggesting you have a good look at this brand.
