1906 riveted steel hull by the Chantiers Jabon at Ombret, Belgium built to the 38m Freycinet working barge standard. Shortened to 30m and converted to a residential barge. Last surveyed 2007 & 2015 there is a Certificat Communautaire (TRIWV) new in 2017

Aft original boatmans cabin has been converted into a Master suite comprising a double bed 1.40m x1.90m, a lounge sitting room and a bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Headroom is from 1.81m to 2.05m in this area. Access to the suite is via a companionway into the wheelhouse or via an internal corridor which connects to the kitchen and passes by the laundry room (with washer, dryer and tall fridge) on the way. The kitchen dinner is bright and practical with worktops, a dinning table and a magnificent “piano” range cooker with four rings a hotplate and two ovens, one of which is electric. Take a good look at the photos and particularly note the ceiling decoration on the VR images. Forward again to an entrance hall with steps up and out onto the terrace deck and it’s ornate ironwork guard rails. Also from the entrance lobby turn to port to descend to the lounge 4.70 x4.70 (22 meter square) with 2.07m of headroom. Period decoration and an enameled solid fuel stove bled in with modern entertainment systems to provide cosy and stylish comfort. Forward again to two identical double guest cabins each with beds 1.30m x1.90m and ensuite WC shower rooms. Each or either of these cabins can be transformed into an office if required. Two further double cabins are situated in the forepeak independent of the main accommodation and accessed from the foredeck. The whole accommodation is heated by radiators from a central heating boiler and of course there is the solid fuel stove in the lounge.
