This Orkney Pilothouse 20 was purchased from the factory and delivered in May, 2022.
The owner specified over £50,000 of extras including solar panels, holding tank, full AIS and Raymarine Axiom+ multifunction display plotter. Plus radar and VHF DSC radio.
And the keel/bottom were Copper Coated with 3 coats, plus a remote control windlass installed.
Synthetic real decking for the cockpit sole alone cost nearly £4,000 on top of real teak and ebony for the wheelhouse and cabin floors.
The list is remarkable.
A unique feature is the safety bars forward of the coachroof when going to the bow, and likewise higher rails on the coamings in the cockpit - all custom made to his requirements.
But ill health has intervened which has stopped the owner from using it, so she has never even left her berth since it was delivered - and just 2hrs on the engine.
