This Nicholson 345 is one of 25 built by the prestigious Camper & Nicholson yard in 1979.
It is best classified as a fast cruiser, but quite capable of holding its own around the cans as well.
This example has been maintained and looks in good condition with a comprehensive suite of sails, including two spinnakers (with poles), one of which is an asymmetric. There is a host of instruments (five around the helm to begin with) and an impressive nav station. The one thing missing is a modern chart plotter, but these days many boaters use Navionics on an ipad - no cartridges to go out of date.
It is spacious throughout with a large aft cabin and other creature comforts include a spacious heads with shower, a large refrigerator, hot and cold running water.
Did we mention the mention the enormous lithium domestics battery? Her owner says you never need to plug in, it charges really quickly off the alternator and allows for extended off-grid cruising.
