A rare opportunity to purchase a 70ft narrowboat on one of the most desirable moorings in London. A stones throw from Regent's Park and a 5 minute walk to Candem Town, the secluded mooring offers peace and tranquility in the centre of London.
The boat itself is definitely a project as is apparent from the photographs. Most likely, a prospective buyer will have their eye on the mooring rather than the boat. That said, the hull of the vessel appears in relatively good condition with no water ingress seen beneath the floor or below the stern gland.
The CRT mooring is fully residential and transferable. Mooring fees are approximately £9,500 per year, making this one of the last central London moorings with reasonable mooring fees.
