Comentario del broker
We are delighted to offer for sale this lovely 2007 57ft Semi Trad Narrowboat with reverse layout. She is very tastefully decorated throughout and really just requires the aft and side decks to be painted as the owner has not had the time to do this as they live abroad and the forced sale has come about quickly.
The mooring is non-residential but is available subject to separate negotiation with the marina. The boat had a new kitchen fitted in 2022 and was blacked in July 2022 when she was surveyed. Survey is available if you want to see it.
The semi trad cockpit is airy with plenty of cushioned seating, a locker for tools etc and also the gas locker with two bottles of gas which look pretty full.
As you enter down the aft companionway you arrive in the new kitchen with built in oven and grill plus a microwave. There is a 12v fridge freezer, 4 burner gas hob, stainless steel sink with drainer, washer/dryer, plenty of storage space and solid wood worktops. There is also a double cupboard under the breakfast bar.
The saloon has been carpeted and has a TV/DVD player, multi fuel burner, a new large bed settee (that is very quick and easy to open out), duck hatch, radiator and curtains that run throughout the boat.
Next is the bathroom with full size shower which has been panelled and sealed, a small wash basin with vanity unit, a vac flush toilet with 3 cassettes and a radiator.
Finally you come to the double cabin with a full size double that opens across the boat with a new mattress that simply folds over with the bedding for daytime use. Very simple and gives you a very large bed. There are bedside drawers, 2 x good size wardrobes and access out into the cratch area.
The boat has webasto wet heating system with radiators throughout.
