This 1995 narrowboat is located in one of London's most desirable moorings because of it's central location and excellent transport links. A perfect bolthole for someone who needs a place in London.
Offered in excellent condition inside and out, the boat's layout is well proportioned and has lots of storage throughout. The interior is tidy and bright if not the most modern - the next owner could certainly add some value here.
The boat was blacked in 2017 and has a BSS to January 2024.
The residential mooring at Ice Wharf is fully transferable and current mooring fees are £12,000 per annum. There is electric, water, landline phone connection, pump out and laundry onsite.
