Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 42ft Narrowboat for sale with London mooring in the heart of Little Venice.
Blomfield Road moorings have always been highly desirable for their location and full transferability. It is a tight-knit community of boaters in this picturesque part of the London canal system.
The boat itself was built in 1985 and fully overplated in 2019 with over £12,000 spent on the hull. The blacking and anodes was also carried out in 2019. It has a good sized double bed, gas oven and hob in the galley and saloon in the bow. Painted white throughout means it feels bright and spacious.
The Lister SR2 engine was also recently serviced and runs well.
The mooring at Blomfield Road is fully transferable and is £7,400 per annum plus CRT canal license at £792 per annum. The moorings have electricity and water for every boat. The boat has a BSS until May 2023.
