Made in the Netherlands in 1980, this Dutch steel cruiser was professionally repainted and anti fouled in 2014.
The aft deck, covered with carpet, equipped with two chests in teak and topped with a bimini & fly helm. Bimini lowers on a sliding rail allowing it to fold down. Ladder to the swimming plateform.
Stairs to saloon with helm. Forwards, down to the galley, the dinette and two berths in the forward peak. Aft, goes down to the shower-room and the owners cabin.

The owners cabin is situated in the stern. Next forward is the heads & shower room with wash basin & electric toilet. 1,90m headroom everywhere except aft cabin only 1,70 meters
A fitted carpet, designed specially for the saloon is easily removed to reach the engine. Lino covers the wood composite floor (6mm thickness) in the galley and in the aft cabin, carpet. The galley is equipped with a cooker two burners and of a refrigerator 110 liters. A portable electric oven is also included as is a comprehensive selection of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. The domestic hot water is supplied by a gas water heater installed in a cupboard in the galley.
There is a small extractor fan in the galley and the dinette converts to a bed of 110 X 190 cms. Both berths in the forward peak can receive two adults 85X190 cm. The galley windows are covered with "Sunworker"white, fabrics which protect from the sun yet allow the occupants to see out. The saloon is clear and bright. The shower-room is equipped with a shower which is of use as arrangement to a mobile washing machine. TOILET is electric. Note, all the domestics equipment and tools are included in the sale as are two bicycles

Boatshed Bourgogne is pleased to present to you this Dutch Steel Cruiser, Motor cruiser, live aboard boat, an ALTENA from Nederlands of 1980.
A very pleasant aft deck, a luminous saloon and a simple but practical galley make this a very comfortable motor cruiser whilst plentiful storage adds practicality. The boat appears to be well maintained and should prove to be a great cruiser for a couple with occasional guests and "go anywhere dimensions" (as low as 2,50 meters & just 1.1 draught).
