The bridgedeck layout features a large upper pilothouse saloon with helm, a forward cabin, and an aft cabin saloon that features galley, dinette, and settee berthing. Enter the bridgedeck pilothouse from doors port and starboard. The helm is to port with helm seating, and a chart table is to starboard. There's excellent visibility through large windows here. A large L-shaped settee is in this space which is large enough to serve as a pilot berth. Steps forward lead to the head compartment to starboard and the forward cabin. The head features a marine toilet without a holding tank which would need to be installed for legal use. A portable toilet is also aboard, and the head compartment includes a sink, vanity, wand shower, and storage. The forward cabin has an offset double berth to starboard. Aft from the bridgedeck, pilothouse stairs lead to the aft cabin. The galley is forward here and features a double sink, propane stove and oven, a nice Dickinson diesel cabin heater, Norcold 3 cu. ft. refrigerator/freezer, and ample storage. Aft is the large dinette to starboard, the settee to port that converts to a berth, and a ladder to doors that access the aft cockpit.

VIRTUAL TOUR - VIDEO - 80 TO 100 PHOTOS - FULL SPECS CAN BE VIEWED OF THIS VESSEL!
This is a solidly built 42 foot Ed Monk Bridgedeck Motoryacht design... a Northwest classic. The boat has "good bones" as they say, and this is evident in the solid mahogany cabin, the heavy construction overall, and the reliable Lehman 120 diesel engine which serves as the main propulsion. This would be a great boat to update inside to bring the accommodations up to date along with the navigation systems. The boat is priced with this in mind.
The boat has been kept in a boathouse out of the weather which has really preserved the exterior, like a classic car that's kept in a garage. This boathouse includes transferable moorage rights. The boathouse is set up for living, too, and includes a sleeping loft and cooking facilities. The asking price for the boathouse is $7,500. The marina location is ideal for cruising to Canada and the San Juan Islands. Some of the best salmon and halibut fishing in the continental USA is just outside of the harbor.

Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
