The Mirage 28 is a popular cruiser. Built in the 80's and so heavily laid-up, these boats benefit from the versatitlity of bilge keels. The boat features a large cockpit and roomy interior, including galley, saloon, a good sized heads for a 28' boat and a snug forward, double cabin.
This version has benefited from significant investment by the current owner and is well equipped, including cabin and water heating. The interior is characterful and the owner reports a boat that is economical and easy to sail, including singlehanded. This boat would be suitable as a starter option, family cruiser and provides numerous sailing opportunities for use in shalow waters, estuaries, coastal passage making and longer voyages when the weather permits.
