A lovely example of this popular bilge keel sailing boat.
She has been with the current owner since December 1999 and there is lots of evidence to confirm she has been looked after, including a huge folder of invoices and receipts for all the work that has taken place.
Notes:
- Electrics panel replaced 5 years ago
- New carpets have been fitted inside
- The vessel's hull was blasted back 8 years ago , re-epoxied and antifouled
- A new rudder has been fitted
- The keels have been removed and reset
- The engine has been serviced on an annual basis by the owner. The cutlass bearing was replaced last year (2023)
- The sails have been removed every year, laundered and stored 'off season'
- There are 2 gas bottles onboard and a spare bottle
- The GPS is a handheld GPS
- Copies of previous surveys are available during viewing.
Included is a full surround cockpit enclosure that offers greater privacy when moored up (photos of this are attached).
