Comentario del broker
This old girl is just waiting for a practically minded owner to convert her into a lovely place to live. She has lots of space, is berthed in a friendly community area and her mooring rates are very reasonable.
She would require some good ideas and there is plenty of work to be done but with space for two double cabins, a galley, bathroom and living area, she is an empty canvas on which to design and build your own character home.
Her cooker is powered by onboard gas and she takes her electric and water from the shore. She is already fitted with a central heating system that runs from a combi boiler.
