Here we have a pretty and well equipped Maxum 2500 SCR with a new engine in 2020 and new transom shield fitted in 2020 with just 30 hours since!
The boat has a bravo DP drive with stainless propellers, trim tabs, Raymarine RC435 chartplotter, Raymarine VHF radio, Shore power with battery charger, spacious heads with holding tank and leather upholstery and 4 berths.
These are capable and popular cruisers that have a great turn of speed and offer fun and distance cruising ability. The owner drove her from the south coast back to the Broads when he bought her. Having not used her much and now with a medical issue means this quality boat is offered for sale.
She has underwater lighting fitted, and was last antifouled in early 2023. Her anodes were replaced in 2022 and her drive last serviced in 2021 and engine serviced in 2022.
She represents a quality, fast cruiser for fun days or weeks out afloat. Her Boat Safety Certificate runs to June 2025. She is presented in original gelcoat that would benefit from a compound to bring back that shine which is a regular jib with gel. There is one noticeable scratch that is a simple and easy fix and the loo door needs a new internal handle. The vendor also advises the toilet tap may need replacing which again is very minor. Other than that she appears to be a very nice example of her type and sure to please.
