In 2015 the vessel was dry docked at Solent re-fit-Hythe for the 6 weeks. In this time the hull was High pressure blasted back to bare metal. All existing doubler plates were removed and replaced with new. Additional plating was also replaced where advised by the surveyor at the time. The hull of the boat was then re- painted with Hempel hempadur and the 16 anodes were replaced.
In 2015/2016 the deck was completely re-painted
The living area is fully Insulated

The previous owner undertook a major rebuild which has seen the vessel re-plated above and below the waterline.

The hull living quarters are fully insulated with heating provided by a double size wood burning stove and/or gas central heating. The houseboat has fully connected mains water, electricity, and a BT landline provides Internet. This Barge offers very generous accommodation, good headroom, natural light, attractive lines and a large sun deck all situated in a beautiful, idyllic setting.
You enter via the large wheelhouse offering panoramic views of the river Hamble and the SSSI surroundings. From here you can go aft to a large double bedroom with ensuite toilet and sink or forward down the stairway to the main living area.
In the main living area you have an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room with excellent head room and lots of natural light, a log burner and gas central heating. Further forward you have a utility area, main bathroom, second bedroom as well as the master bedroom at the front.
