A 22m69 long Luxemotor barge for sale in central France. Boatshed Bourgogne is happy to offer this dutch barge for sale as a live aboard cruising home for a couple or a small family or continue to run her as a floating B&B on mooring. Originally used as their family home our vendors decided to move out when the family got bigger but rented her out as a static B&B. Regularly looked after, this péniche has just left the yard with new anodes and a good coat of paint. The boat has its certificat communautaire until 2019
A little sad when I took my photos as the barge was still in the ship yard surroundings, but as soon as she is back to her mooring, she'll look as different again and the owner will give her a good clean and a new coat of paint on the deck.
