This LM 27 built in 1981 for the Danish market is one of the worlds most successful small wheelhouse sailing cruisers, with over 1500 built since it's first introduction in 1975.
For a small double-ended motor sailor her performance has been reported as remarkably good. She also has a recently fitted Beta 25hp engine with less than 40 hours use.

These are a very spacious boat with lots of storagespace and four comfortable berths, two in the forward cabin and two in the main cabin. There is a large foldaway table in the spacious cockpit and a small galley in the wheelhouse with a stainless steel sink and a stainless steel double ring alcohol burner. The main cabin has a foldaway table and there is a Wallas cabin heater. The cabin has new carpet and has been completely reupholstered. There is plenty of storage space and a wardrobe for hanging longer clothes. There is also a toilet compartment (there is a new pump fitted) which also has a pull out sink. Both sinks are fed by a pressurised water system.

This Danish built craft has become popular with many of the family sailing market. With her 4 berths - more if you use the Cockpit - a small but practical Galley, the raised helm seat providing all-round vision, and the fact that the berthing costs are reasonable due to her overall length. A very nice vessel, come see for yourself.
