Spacious, bright & comfortable accommodation with thoughtful Linssen touches.
Aft cabin with "walk around" double berth with Vispring mattress (1.40x1.90) and a good headroom of 2m and a huge, almost walk-in wardrobe!
Ensuite heads (electric) hand wash basin and shower (1.94 headroom).
Forward to saloon with 2m headroom. An open space including the galley and dinette and deep double glazed windows gives this area a very bright and spacious feel. Saloon table on starboard and saloon seating which converts into a double berth (1.94x1.40).
Well equipped and practical galley forward on the starboard side with 3 burner gas cooker, sink, gas oven and grill on work surface. This is all at saloon window level and a good headroom of 2.10m means the chef is well catered for and remains in convivial contact with family and guests rather than being "consigned to the hold." Opposite the galley is the dinette.
Forward from the dinette area is the guest shower to starboard with 1.92m headroom and built in combi. washing machine/tumble dryer. Next to starboard is the day heads with electric head and a separate door affording private access to the forward gust cabin.
To starboard is the twin guest cabin with two single beds 2m x 0.70m? Going forward again leads to the forward double guest cabin with its walk around double berth of 1.60 x 2m, headroom of 2m and private access to the day heads.

Linssen Dutch steel cruiser for sale in France. Boatshed Bourgogne is pleased to offer this Linssen Grand Sturdy 40.9 for sale. A very well looked after boat only two owners from new and our vendors bought her from Linssens hangar showroom in 2015. They have travelled the waterways of Holland, Belgium and France since and are now ready to explore new horizons and pass on this very spacious and well kept boat to new owners to enjoy. I was really pleasantly surprised by the light bright and spacious feel of the saloon. Deep double glazed windows and open plan layout with no wasted inside helm space. Original Linssen build quality and conscientious maintenance make this a serious contender if you are looking for a top quality inland and coastal cruiser with liveaboard potential.
