This is a steel barge hull, with a superstructure completely rebuilt in 2000. The hull was surveyed, blacked and had new anodes in 2012
It has recently been repainted and redecorated.

Where do you start with a little corner of paradise like this?
The lovingly presented houseboat? The secluded mooring? The gorgeous, freehold terrace and garden with pond and lake view? The Chalet style residence with two bedrooms and a studio? This place has it all.
The pictures and video will tell you more than my words possible can, You get all the above. A total of 3 Bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen diner and an artists studio which could easily become a living room, an office or a further bedroom.
The mooring is CRT and is transferable with the boat. The land and buildings are freehold.
(Please note: Because of covenants on the land, no permanent buildings can be built as planning permission cannot be obtained)
The mooring car park is a 5 minute walk. Vehicles can get somewhat nearer for unloading only.
Fuel, gas, coal, groceries and post are all delivered to the door. There is also room to moor a small tender to provide transport to the car park, across the canal to the towpath and roads or to a Tesco store - less than ten minutes by boat.
So if you are in the market for a change of lifestyle, with loads of accommodation and the potential for holiday rental this could be it.
