Comentario del broker
Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 57ft Converted Admiralty Launch for sale with London residential mooring in Greenland Dock, Surrey Quays.
This historic vessel is full of character and a lovely houseboat that would suit someone on the hunt for a floating home that's a bit different.
It is laid out across two decks with an open plan saloon and galley in the old wheelhouse, a twin cabin and heads at the stern and towards the bow, a double master cabin, a storage cabin, shower and heads compartments that are currently used for storage and a study in the forwards cabin with an attractive butterfly hatch. The boat has a large multifuel stove in the saloon.
The current owners have owned the boat for about four years and have extensively refurbished almost every corner of the boat in that time. The new owner will still have bits to do but the hull and decks are sound and has been copper coated below the waterline. The asking price reflects this and given the transferable residential mooring at Greenland Dock, this is priced to sell in reasonable time.
Since 2016 the following works have been carried out:
New decks
New stove
New heating system
Refurbished interior
New wheelhouse
Painted externally
New roof and side panels
The mooring will be transferred on payment of a 10% transfer fee. Current mooring fees are £7,250 approx per annum. The owners have moved abroad and that is the only reason for selling.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
