Embankment Road, Bembridge is (in my opinion) one of the most fantastic houseboat locations in the UK, and this beautiful boat is in a prime position. She's on a safe, sheltered, spacious berth with stunning views across the harbour and the Solent towards Portsmouth, within walking distance of a beautiful village, parking and good transport links elsewhere.
The berth is on a long lease with low ground rent and, unusually, fully residential and letting use is permitted. There is plenty of space around, not just on the water but a pretty garden too.
Once a working vessel carrying cargo, this former freighter has been fully refitted to the highest standard by a vastly experienced shipwright. This was completely documented and photographed and shows the extent of work that took place. She's now a stunning four cabin (all ensuite) houseboat with 3 decks and provides an opportunity for the most idyllic waterfront lifestyle imaginable.
