This 22ft houseboat is now for sale with it's extremely affordable and transferable mooring at Bulls Bridge in Hayes.
It doesn't look much from the towpath but this little boat is surprisingly well laid out and spacious with double bed, living area and galley with bathroom including shower and chemical loo. It would be ideal for someone that needs an affordable place to live (or a few nights a week) with good road connections into London.
Current mooring fees are £1,200 per annum which is the big benefit of this mooring location, far cheaper than anything else in the area means your annual outgoings are minimal. The moorings are located in a semi-industrial area about 20 mins walk from Hayes & Harlington station. There is also a supermarket located about 5 mins walk from the moorings. There is parking available at the site.
