Comentario del broker
We are delighted to have the opportunity to list this unique piece of nautical history. It's rare enough to find a boat of this calibre but when it also comes with a private mooring on the bank of the River Blyth nestled between the village of Walberswick and the infamous Southwold it is sure to generate significant interest.
The boat itself, a wooden ministry fishing vessel (MFV) built in 1938, has been lovingly converted to a superb boat making an ideal liveaboard or second home in the Suffolk countryside. The boat was fully restored in Southwold by Harbour Marine Services between 2013 and 2017.
The boat sits on its very own mooring enjoying stunning views of both Walberswick and Southwold with new walkways giving secure and safe access at all tides. The mooring is being sold with the boat and is subject to a notional land rent each year to the local authority.
We are never going to be able to to cover everything this boat has to offer and she therefore warrants a physical viewing to show off all she offers.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
