• FORE CABIN: Two berth cabin with two sets of twin circular bronze portholes. Hanging storage lockers with draws under. Access to upper chain lockers. Under berth location of Bow Thruster motor and twin batteries. Forward heads to port side.

• SALOON: Outboard pilot berth to port with stowage under. Freshwater filtration system. U Shaped settee/berth with stowage below. Calorifier, pressurised water pump at aft end and large storage. Large folding table. Settee/berth to starboard with stowage lockers below and behind berth. Book racks with securing system for books, various cupboards including dedicated glass stowage cupboard. • CHART TABLE: Set to starboard opposite galley, instruments and stowage for charts, instruments and switch panels, storage locker below.

• AFT CABIN: Set to port side, double berth, wardrobe, seat with part stowage beneath berth and seat, large aft facing porthole.

• HEATING: EBERSPACHER D4 – 4kw diesel indirect hot air system with temperature control and starter switch. Suitable for cold air circulation in summer. Outlets to saloon and forward cabin.

• VENTILATION: 4off stainless steel cowl type vents mounted on dorade boxeswith bronze screw blanking plates. Internal plastic closure plates. Anchor locker vented by screw down deck mounted mushroom vent. All cabins fitted with bronze opening portholes. GEBO aft opening aluminium fore deck hatch with smoked acrylic window. Opening ‘butterfly’ hatch with bronze stays
• Upholstery/cufoam cushions in dark blue velour throughout (all fire safe). Saloon and berths with custom embroidered cushions with name ‘Jolly Swagman. Dark blue polypropylene marine carpet to all floors covered with rubber track marked rubber tile (protects the immaculate teak flooring. Ceiling lights 150mm with LED bulbs, switchable to night light. Double cabin reading spotlights.

• ENTERTAINMENT: HI-Fi radio with CD player with switchable waterproof cockpit speakers, volume balancing between interior and cockpit speakers. Docking/charging system for iPod wired into hi=fi system. 15” 12v LED tv on swivel mount, digital decoder with remote control. Mast head omni directional aerial and amplifier. DVD 12v video player with remote control.

• FRESHWATER SYSTEM: Aft keel tank (approx. 100imp gal), forward GRP keel tanks (approx. 120imp gal). Drain down valve from forward tanks, tank breathers into galley sink, both sets of tanks filled from port deck – all tanks fitted with inspection hatches. Valve system for tank selection under floor panel in saloon. 40lit calorifier heated from engine with hot water mixing valve on output. 240v 2kw immersion heater. 12v SHURFLOW SMART SENSOR 5.7 computerised fresh water system. Double PENGUIN water filtration for all domestic water – polypropylene and carbon filters, isolating valve manifold to facilitate filter change out. Galley faucet fed from pressure system via push button operated 12v solenoid.

• GALLEY: Double sink with bronze taps/pumps and salt water rinse. TAYLORS gimbled stainless steel LPG cooker, twin burners, grill, griddle and full size oven, flame failure devices to all, pan holders, piezo spark ignitors, separate adjacent manual gas isolation valve. 3off 3.9kg propane cylinders with regulator and electric solenoid shut off stowed in vented teak deck box with cylinder securing system on foredeck. Solenoid is wired through gas detectors, in the event of leakage solenoid will automatically isolate the gas at the cylinder. Grab rail and safety webbing strap in front of cooker. Large refrigerator with shelves cooled by WAICO compressor unit with computerised holding plate – computer senses battery voltage/temperature, runs compressor when voltage rises (when batteries are charging) to freeze holding plate or when temperature has risen, will not switch on compressor if batteries are low. Teak/maple covers to fridge, sinks and locker top. Cup and plate storage racks, drawers for various culinary accessories. Removable waste bin under galley worktop. JABSCO high out put deck wash pump with pressure switch , HOZELOCK deck fitting and hosepipe with spray gun fed from dedicated strainer and seacock.

HEADS:
• Forward heads: JABSCO manual sea toilet on saltwater flush with inlet filter and LEESAN water treatment system, change over valve for discharge to sea or to GRP 30imp gal holding tank. Vacuum pump out to deck fitting or electric macerator pump discharge to thru ball valve seacock, overboard tank venting system. Salt water flushing system for holding tank running off deck wash system. Circular washbasin set into marble top, bronze hot/cold water mixer tap. Separate tiled shower with lever controlled mixer tap, switchable JABSCO shower pump out to dedicated thru hull valve.
• Aft heads: Starboard side aft, JABSCO manual sea toilet on saltwater flush with inlet filter and LEESAN water treatment system, overboard discharge only. Circular stainless steel washbasin with hot/cold mixer tap. Small stowage above toilet and outboard of vanity unit.

DECK:
• DECK/COCKPIT: Original teak laid deck and cockpit in excellent condition. Annual treatment with BORACOL to prevent growth of mould
• DECK EQUIPMENT: Standard cutter deck layout with the addition of teak cockpit upstand to take custom spray hood and frame, full enclosure with roll up side and aft windows. Centre section can also be completely zipped out. Fully leathered grab rail to spray hood and binnacle hoop. Cockpit has large locker to starboard accessed through hinged lift up lockable lid. Aluminium fore hatch with tinted polycarbonate. Teak saloon butterfly hatch. Granny bars with two teak boxes (with covers) for winch handles etc. Pin rails for halyard stowage. Boom gallows with leather padding. Stainless steel ‘walk out’ pulpit over bowsprit. Stainless steel pushpit with solid rails extending to cockpit. 30mm diameter stainless steel stanchions with upper (5mm) and lower (4mm) stainless steel 1 x 19 wire construction guard wires with 2off gates each side with GIBB pelican hook opening and closing systems, Wires tensioned by lanyards to facilitate easy emergency release. 2off wooden boat hooks one with pelican hook and line mooring attachment, both stowed on lower shrouds. Telescopic aluminium boat hook stowed in cockpit locker. Dedicated tang and snap shackle for storm jib attachment. Tracks and cars for Yankee sheets. Sheaves fitted with bronze ‘Oilite’ bearings. 2off 32 self tailing primary winches for Yankee.
