The Formula 37's construction is based on a durable hand-laid FRP hull with a stringer system of fiberglass-encapsulated pressure treated Osmose CCA marine-plywood for long life.
Formula further reinforces the hull by bonding fiberglass braces athwartships. The deck and cockpit are molded as one piece and bonded to the hull using Plexus, a tough adhesive that bonds chemically. Then, for good measure, the joint is bolted every 18 inches with stainless
steel bolts through metal backing plates.
All in all, a extremely well engineered and solidly built boat.

A molded in "trunk" on the transom features space for table stowage and also for dock lines and fenders. In another adaptation, these same tables can be lowered in place and covered with cushions (from the transom trunk) to make an area large enough for three or four sunbathers to recline. Sun worshippers will appreciate the pair of foredeck pads as well.
A full cockpit enclosure and transom shower w/hot & cold water are featured.
The swim platform features a davit system for a tender.

The Formula 37 PC is a top-shelf family performance cruiser. She looks sharp outside and is very sumptuous inside. This boat was designed and built for upmarket cruisers who won't lack for comfort or style. Built on a beamy V hull with prop pockets and a relatively modest 18 degrees of deadrise at the transom (with consequently strong planing performance).
This Formula 37 PC is in excellent condition and features optional Volvo diesel engines providing great performance, long life and reliability, and far better fuel efficiency. Optional features include reverse-cycle heat/air, generator, and bow thruster. This boat is ready for cruising now.
