Here we have on offer a very tidy example of the very popular Falcon 27 sport cruiser. This boat is powered by twin 183hp 5 cyl Mercruiser Diesels (one video I think I state 4 cyl however, they are in-fact the 5 Cyl engine).
The boat has very good upholstery throughout and its all cream leather in the cockpit has the infills present. She has Propex heating fitted, mains shore power, battery charger, hydraulic engine hatch lift, refrigerator, hot water, shower, Raymarine chartplotter, electric anchor windlass, a pump-out toilet and holding tank - the list goes on.
The vendors have owned the boat since 2019 and have a lot of her history and manuals all present and correct and receipts for all mechanical works undertaken in recent times, and lots of other history and all bills of sale. They are giving up boating and so this very nice example is now available.
she has a Boat safety Certificate to 10/01/2026.
The mooring may be available at the current marina by separate negotiation with the marina manager.
