Here we have the ever popular 2 cabin Elysian 27 centre cockpit cruiser.
She has a recent Boat safety certificate running to August 2024 plus she boasts a new canopy, solar panel, battery and engine hoses in 2020. She was last antifouled in March 2020. She has been maintained by her previous owners and was also fitted with a new gearbox in 2019 which has done very little work since due to the restrictions. She is powered by the trusted and respected Perkins 4108 diesel engine to shaft and offers spacious, true two cabin accommodation and a classic broads cruising experience. This boat has a fully folding canopy and screen so can easily pass trough all broadland bridges opening up the full broads network to you.
She would make a delightful river cruiser for the broads for two couples or a family of 4 with her two cabins and separate heads and shower compartments. She offers low cost river cruising with very good accommodation in a well designed compact size. She can cruise all year too as she is fitted with diesel heating and also has the added benefit of an inverter for "on the move" mains power.
This particular example appears to be in good overall condition however she would benefit from some general tidying as she has not been used now for over a year due to lockdown.
Please also note that during my viewing of the boat, it was noted that the steering did not move. The boat is out of the water at present so this would need to be freed off. She is currently out of the water at a working boat yard the yard would be able to do this for any prospective buyer, so it is not something you need to fix yourself if you do not feel able (or wish to).

The owner has had the boat yard free off the steering so this has now been done.
