Collapsible Wheelhouse with dinette convertible in a double berth (110x240) headroom is 1.90
Note the electric heads is accessible on the deck, star board door, connected to a black tank fitted in the engine room.
From the wheelhouse on port side, access by a small door (1.41headroom) to the 1st fully covered terrasse by a barnum (2016) with 1.82 headroom, with see through crystal windows, lazarette lockers used as seats, and a gas barbecue with plenty room for table and chairs.
Going out of the barnum, the huge terrasse continues, all wooden deck (caillebotis) with safe iron stanchions all around.
few steps down to the foredeck for manoeuvres, windlass or anchor locker. Note the air con unit is fitted on the foredeck out of the way.
From the wheelhouse, a few steps ladder leads to the interior, HEADROOM IS 1.89m, with on port side a bunk beds cabin (0.95X180 + 0.70X180), then a shower room and basin, still on port side, a galley with open plan to the saloon. Saloon table convert into a double berth 150x190
Last, 2 sliding doors open or close to a forward saloon / cabin, at port side a single berth (0.60x190) and double berth (80x190)

Live aboard tjalk for sale in France. Boatshed Midi Canal is pleased to offer this renovated Tjalk for sale in the Midi. Major works being carried on that live aboard Dutch barge since our vendor has bought her in 2005. Interior renovated, hull re bottomed where necessary, a new heads built, the old stove removed an air con unit installed to provide heater or cooled air whenever requested. Also a lot of improvements: GE 3.5 Kw whisper installed, new deck in wood.
Last out of water in 2017, hull sandblasting and repainted (twin pack) and the superstructure repainted too.
Comfortable tjalk, ideal for a live aboard use, the heads could be improved with the installation of an interior heads, and the galley up graded to a more modern standard, bright interior, and a great double terrace covered and open to enjoy the scenery when static.Note that the cockpit tent (barnum) is easy to open to allow proper view when cruising.
