This traditional, strong, steel Lunstroo Hoogaars really is a beautiful classic. Built in Holland, but now based in the UK, she is full of character and a real eye catcher. Capable, comfortable and solid, she is ideal for coastal / creek sailing or perhaps transiting one of the European canal systems in style.
Gaff rigged and fitted with a modern 31 HP Nanni engine, this cutter is equally at home under sail or power and, with a solid steel hull, she can take the ground confidently in tidal waters. The engine, fitted new in 2015 along with a new prop shaft and propeller, powers along at a comfortable 5-6 knots and has only has 132 hours on it.
The interior is clean, dry and practical with a comfortable, traditional feel. There is good headroom and berths for four, with one double in the forward cabin and two singles in the saloon. There is a separate heads compartment, a good sized hanging locker and a compact galley area including fridge.
A cosy, characterful live aboard or a great place to spend the weekend hiding up a quiet creek or sailing the local area.
